A Smoothie 200 ml soy milk 200 ml yoghurt (the kind that's not too thick to pour) 200 ml frozen blueberries 1 banana 1 Tbsp spirulina powder 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder 2 Tbsp psyllium husk 2 tsp apple cider vinegar Blend. Let stand for two minutes. If you leave it longer, it will continue to thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
