2022-02-15 - My Spirit Doesn't Understand

My spirit doesn't understand:

Why i felt disappointed, when it fulfilled my wishes;

Why i didn't listen in the middle of the night,
when it told me what is truly important;

Why i still chase the tragedies of the world,
after it conveyed to me the celestial harmonies;

Fortunately, while strong and pure, my spirit is also patient,
as i fumble my way homeward.
