   3      cup           Bread flour
   2      tablespoon    Sugar
   2      tablespoon    Butter (sweet -- at room temp)
   1      cup           Less 1 T hot water
   2                    Stiffly beaten egg whites

Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the
rest of the ingredients are moist.
