     2/3  cup           Seven grain flour
     1/3  cup           Millet seeds -- lightly toasted
   1 1/2  teaspoons     Salt
   4      tablespoons   Powdered milk
   1      tablespoon    Butter or margarine
     3/4  cup           Water -- plus 3 TB
   3      tablespoons   Honey
   1      large         Egg
   1      teaspoon      Lemon juice
