      1/2   c            Crushed pineapple, packed in
                         It's own juice, drained
    3       tablespoon   Pineapple juice (liquid
                         Drained from can)
      3/4   c            Plus 3 tablespoon water
      1/2   c            Shredded coconut (optional,
                         Add at the start of second
                         Mix)
 
   Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select 'whole wheat'
   and push 'start'.
