LOAF--------------------------------- 1/2 c Water (for Welbilt machines -add 1 tb more water 2 c Bread flour 1 ts Salt 1 tb Butter 1 tb Honey 1 tb Nonfat dry milk powder 1/4 c Zucchini; grated 1/4 c Carrot; grated 1 ts Fround cinnamon 1/2 ts Ground cloves 1 1/2 ts Red Star brand active dry -yeast for all machines Note just above this recipe says that the carrot, zucchini, and spices in this loaf make it seem highly sweetened--but it isn't--so you can eat a 2nd slice without being guilty. Place all ingredients in bread pan, select LIGHT crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
