* Exported from MasterCook II * No Gluten Bread Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :1:45 Categories : Breads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups soy flour, defatted 1 cup cornmeal 1 cup brown rice flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons applesauce 2 1/2 cups water Mix flours and baking powder in large bowl. Add honey, applesauce, and water. Mix well. (Should be like a cake batter, add a little more water if necessary.) Pour batter into lightly oiled or non-stick 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees until well browned. HELPFUL HINTS: In place of the rice flour, you can use garbanzo bean flour, or half rice and half garbanzo. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
