1 c. pumpkin (canned or cooked fresh) 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. cooking oil2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Mix together. Add: Mix together. Divide into 3 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until middle of loaf springs back when touched.
