MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Lemon Blueberry Bread Categories: Breads, Fruits, Citrus, Nuts Yield: 1 Loaf 1/3 c Butter; melted 1 c Sugar 3 tb Lemon juice 2 lg Eggs; room temperature 1 1/2 c A-P flour 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Milk 1 c Blueberries 1/2 c Nuts; chopped 2 tb Lemon zest; grated MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE-------------------------------- 2 tb Lemon juice 1/4 c Sugar In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, lemon juice, and eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Fold in the blueberries, nuts and lemon zest. Transfer to a greased 8x4" loaf pan. Bake @ 350 F/175 C for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm bread. Cool completely.
