Blend all filling ingredients except apples. Beat until smooth. Stir in apple. Set aside. Combine all bread ingredie nts. Stir by hand until moistened. Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Spoon filling over batter. Spoon remaining batter on top of filling. Sprinkle with al monds. AFTER BREAD IS COOLED COMPLETELY brush with melted apple jelly.
