           Crust:
      1 lb Oreo cookies; crushed
      5 tb Butter; melted
           Cake:
      2 lb Cream cheese (good quality);
           - softened in microwave for
           - 2 minutes on high
      1 c  Sugar
      5 lg Eggs; warmed in microwave
           - for 25 secondss
    1/2 c  Heavy cream
    1/4 c  Corn starch
      1 tb Vanilla
     20    Oreos; each broken into
           - 4pieces
      6 oz White chocolate; melted
           - (optional)
 
  Crust:

  Mix well and pat into 10" springform pan.
