* Exported from MasterCook * Butterfinger Cookies Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cakes Cookies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c butter -- softened 3/4 c sugar 2/3 c brown sugar -- packed 2 ea egg whites 1 1/4 c chunky peanut butter 1 1/2 ts vanilla extract 1 c all purpose flour 1/2 ts baking soda 1/4 ts salt 5 butterfinger candy -- chopped In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg whites, beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chopped candy bars. Shaped in 1-1/2" balls and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
