      Title: Widow's Kisses

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      3    Egg whites
     50 g  (1 3/4 oz) Granulated sugar
     50 g  (1 3/4 oz) Confectioners'
           - sugar
    120 g  (4 1/2 oz) Nuts; coarse
           - ground
     50 g  (1 3/4 oz) Citron; fine dice
           Baking wafers
 
  Over steam, beat egg whites and sugar to firm peaks.
  Add nuts and citron. Put baking wafers on cookie
  sheet, putting a small heap (about a teaspoon?) of the
  mixture on top of each wafer. Let dry in oven.
