* Exported from MasterCook * Frozen Peanut Butter Pie Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies & Pastry Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- INGREDIENT 9 inch chocolate crumb pie crust -- (9 to 10) 8 ounces cream cheese -- softened 4 ounces sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup peanut butter 2 Tbls lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 pint whipping cream -- whipped hot fudge topping In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened con. milk and then peanut butter until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and turn into prepared pie crust. Drizzle fudge sauce over pie and freeze 4 hours or until firm. Store leftovers in freezer.
