MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie Categories: Dessert, Pie, Ice cream Yield: 4 Servings Readymade graham cracker - crust 1/2 ts Salt 16 oz Can pumpkin 1 tb Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened Mix the pumpkin with the brown sugar, salt and spice. Add the ice cream and mix well. Pour into pie crust and freeze overnight (or make in the morning for a nighttime party.)
