* Exported from MasterCook * Fresh Blueberry Tarts Recipe By : Sue Klapper Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package cream cheese -- softened, 8 oz. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 package graham cracker tart shells -- 6 2 cups blueberries -- fresh, divided 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice -- fresh 1 teaspoon lemon peel -- grated In a bowl, mash 3 T. blueberries with sugar, lemon juice and peel.
