* Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Covered Cherries 2 Recipe By : Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 bottle cocktail cherries with stems 1 cup peanut butter 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1 cup pecans -- chopped 4 ounces semisweet chocolate 1/8 paraffin wax -- Drain cherries well. Mix together peanut butter, butter, icing sugar, and pecans. Take approximately 1 ts of peanut butter mixture and shape it around the cherry. Place on wax paper and chill until firm.
