      2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Water
    1/2 ts Cream of tartar
    1/4 ts Flavoring oil
           Food coloring
 
  Stir sugar, water and cream of tartar until dissolved. Copok on High until
  mixture boils to hard crack(300 Degrees) Add 1/2 tsp flavoring oil and food
  coloring. Pour mixture into powdered sugar, when cool enough to handle, cut
  into pieces.
