---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: CHOCOLATE CHERRY CREAMS Categories: Candies, Chocolate Yield: 1 Servings -------------------------------BEV HUNGERFORD------------------------------- 1 c Chocolate chips 1/3 c Evaporated milk 2 1/4 c Confectioners sugar 1/4 c Chopped nuts 1/4 c Well-drained cut-up -maraschino cherries Stir chocolate chips and evaporated milk in a heavy 2 qt. saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts. Remove from heat and stir in until well-mixed: the confectioners sugar, nuts, and cherries. Chill until the mixture is cool enough to handle. Make balls of the chocolate mixture, measuring with a teaspoon. Then roll in chopped nuts, coconut, or sprinkles. Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
