      4 c  Oatmeal
      1 c  Margerine
    1/2 c  White corn syrup
      1 c  Brown sugar
      6 oz Pk milk chocolate chips
    3/4 c  Crunchy peanut butter
 
  Mix oatmeal, margarine, corn syrup, and sugar as for a pie crust. Pat in
  bottom of a greased 9x13" pan.  Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Cool. Melt
  chocolate chips and add to 3/4 c chunky peanut butter. Spread over baked
  layer. Refg. Cut into squares before completely hardened. A Cowboy's
