MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Crunch Categories: Five, Nuts, Chocolate, Snacks Yield: 1 1/2 pounds 1/2 c White baking chips 1/2 c Extra chunky peanut butter 1 c Graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 c Dark chocolate chips; - divided 1/2 c Dry roasted peanuts; - coarsely chopped, divided Line a 11x7" baking sheet with parchment paper, letting ends extend up the sides. In a microwave, melt white baking chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Spread over parchment. In a microwave, melt 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips until smooth; spread over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup peanuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes. Using parchment, lift candy out of pan. Flip rectangle over; remove parchment. In a microwave, melt remaining 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips until smooth; spread over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup peanuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes. Cut in 1" squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
