* Exported from MasterCook * Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Recipe By : Pillsbury Prize Tested Recipe Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Bananas Desserts Peanut Butter Bobbie Not Sent Pillsbury Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups bananas -- sliced, 6 med. 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup chunk-style peanut butter 3 tablespoons butter or margarine Place bananas in 8 inch round baking dish. Add lemon juice and cinnamon, stilrring lightly to coat fruit. In small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in peanut butter and butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly; sprinkle over bananas. Bake in 375 F. oven for 25 minutes.
