MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Oreo Delight

      Yield: 14 Servings

15 oz pkg Oreo or Hydrox cookies
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioners sugar
    milk
12 oz carton whipped topping
6 ea servings instant chocolate pudding

In food processor (or by hand), crush cookies, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.
Add melted butter and
press against the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan. Blend cream cheese and sugar,
add just enough
milk to make the mixture easy to spread.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie crumb crust. Then spread 1/2 of the
whipped topping
over the cream cheese mixture. Mix pudding according to package directions and
pour it over the
top of the whipped topping. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding and
sprinkle reserved
crushed cookies over the whipped topping. Chill
serves 14
