* Exported from MasterCook II * Tira-Mi-Su Recipe By : Gourmet Mickey Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:01 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups Mascarpone Cheese 3 cups Heavy Cream 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar 1/2 tsp Vanilla 3 Tbsp Coffee Liqueur 1 tsp Instant Coffee 1 whole Sponge Cake 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder Combine mascarpone cheese, cream, sugar, vanilla, coffee liqueur, and instant coffee in a mixing bowl and whip until stiff. Split sponge cake in thirds. Spread 1/2 of cream mixture on bottom layer. Place middle layer on it, spread with remaining cream. Replace top layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
