MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Arroz Con Pollo Categories: Puerto Rican, Chicken, Corn, Rice Yield: 6 Servings 3 lb Chicken 6 c Water 1 Onion 5 Carrots 3 Celery ribs 1 tb Soy sauce 3 c Rice; approximate 1 ts Garlic salt 3 ts Adobo 3 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Oregano 1 tb Sugar 1 ts Vinegar 1 ts Lemon juice Frozen corn & peas Cook chicken 20 minutes with all ingredients except frozen vegetables and rice. Pour out juice to measure it. Add appropriate amount of rice for juice. Add frozen vegetables. Return to boil and then simmer 20 minutes.
