MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Greek Brown & Wild Rice Bowls Categories: Rice, Fruits, Vegetables, Cheese, Herbs Yield: 2 servings 8 1/2 oz Pkg ready-to-serve whole - grain brown & wild rice - medley 1/4 c Greek vinaigrette; divided 1/2 md Ripe avocado; peeled, pitted - sliced 3/4 c Cherry tomatoes; halved 1/4 c Feta cheese; crumbled 1/4 c Greek olives; pitted, sliced Fresh parsley; minced (optional) In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice medley and 2 tb vinaigrette. Cover and cook on high until heated through, about 2 minutes. Divide between 2 bowls. Top with avocado, tomatoes, cheese, olives, remaining dressing and, if desired, parsley.
