MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Stompa Categories: Breads, Swedish Yield: 1 Batch 15 dl Rye flour 2 ts Sodium bicarbonate 2 ts Fennel 2 ts Aniseed 2 ts Salt 2 dl Honey 5 dl Sour milk Mix flour and sodium bicarbonate in a bowl. Season with fennel, anise, and salt. Mix together to form a dough with honey and sourmilk. Take out the dough on a floured baking table. Divide the dough into parts. Bake small flatbreads. Fry the bread in a dry pan on the grill or in a frying pan, 2 minutes on each side until the bread has a nice colour. Variation: Season with cinnamon, pepper, and walnuts.
