MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Butter Beans With Ham Hock Categories: Beans, Pork Yield: 1 Batch 1 lb Dry butter beans 1 Ham hock Soak the beans overnight, then drain them in the morning. Put a smoked ham hock in the pot and nestle it down under the beans and cover them in water. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer for several hours. Should be ready by lunchtime.
