* Exported from MasterCook * Baked Applesauce Recipe By : Cook It Light, Jeanne Jones Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 1/2 cups cooking apples -- cut in 1" cubes 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup apple juice 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 te cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Wash, peel and core apples. Cut in 1 " cubes. Combine all ingredients. Place in a glass loaf dish (apple stay moist in a loaf pan) and pour juice mixture over the top. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 F preheated oven for 45 minute.
