Place in flat pan. Combine remaining ingredients, and boil 5 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup juice mixture, and set aside. Pour remaining juice mixture over apple slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until apples slices appear transparent; baste occasionally with the 1/4 cup juice mixture. Serve Hot or Cold as a garnish for your Salad.
