* Exported from MasterCook * German Summer Potato Salad Recipe By : Mr. George Baier Serving Size : 15 Preparation Time :0:02 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 cup strong chicken stock -- hot 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup green onion -- minced 2 teaspoons black pepper 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup oil 10 lbs. potatoes -- cooked and sliced 1 cup fresh parsley -- chopped Toss all ingredients together. Serve at room temperature. Note: the chicken stock can be homemade or canned, but fortified with a Minor' s type chicken base or boullion to give it intense chicken flavor.
