                          Potato and Apple Salad

     1/4  cup           heavy cream
   2      tablespoons   white wine vinegar
   1      teaspoon      grated onion
   1      teaspoon      salt
                        freshly ground pepper
     1/2  cup           olive oil

   2      pounds        new potatoes
     1/4  cup           dry white wine
   1      pound         McIntosh apples, peeled & thinly sliced

Mix dressing ingredients in blender or jar.

Cook pots 15-20 min in salted water, until tender.
Drain, peel, slice 1/4" thick, and toss with wine.
Add dressing to apples and pots.
