                         POTATO SALAD MONTE CARLO

     1/4   ts           Garlic powder
   3       lb           Potatoes
     1/3   c            Green onions -- minced fine
   4                    Eggs -- hard boiled, sliced
     1/2   ts           Onion salt
   1       d            White pepper -- to taste
   1 1/2   c            Mayonnaise

  Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling, peel and dice. Mix
  all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours.
