MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: The Best Creamy Potato Salad Categories: Potatoes, Dairy, Vegetables, Herbs Yield: 8 servings 8 md Red potatoes; diced 5 lg Hard-boiled eggs; chopped 1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 2/3 c Sour cream 3 tb Sugar 3 tb Red wine vinegar 2 tb Onion; finely chopped 2 ts Prepared mustard 1 ts Celery seed Salt & pepper Fresh dill; snipped (optional) Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool. Transfer to a large bowl; add eggs. In a small bowl, whisk next 8 ingredients. Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat.
