* Exported from MasterCook * German Potato Salad For 50 Recipe By : Serving Size : 50 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Potatoes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 15 Lb. new potatoes 1/2 C. finely chopped onions 1/4 C. salt 1 1/2 Tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 C. finely cut green onions 2 C. oil 2 1/4 C. white vinegar 1 Qt. well seasoned soup stock (chicken -- beef or veal) Scrub potatoes. Cook in salted water until just tender; drain well. Cover and cool. Peel and slice. Add onions. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and sugar, then add oil and vinegar. Last, add soup stock; mix carefully.
