---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04 Title: Mexican Green Bean Salad Categories: Mexican, Salads, Vegetables Yield: 4 servings 1 lb green beans 1/2 c olive oil 2 jalapeno peppers -- seeded : and chopped 1 TB vinegar 2 TB lemon juice 1 TB onion -- minced 1 TB parsley -- minced 1 TB fresh cilantro -- minced Steam green beans until tender-crisp, about 15 minutes.
