Place squash in a baking dish that has been coated with margarine. Put 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon margarine in each half. Cover and bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 30 minutes. Scoop cooked squash out of shells, leaving the wall about 1/4-inch thick.
