                             Chicken Stuffing

   1                    Chicken stuffing mix (12 serving size)
   3      c             Cubed chicken -- up to 4 c
   3      cans          Cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz ea)
     1/2  c             Milk
   2      c             Cheddar cheese -- shredded

  Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and place in
  5 qt Crock-Pot. Stir in 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. In a
  mixing bowl, stir together cubed chicken, 1 can cream of chicken
  soup, and milk. Spread over stuffing in Crock-Pot. Sprinkle cheese
  over top. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 6 hours or on High 2 to 3
  hours.

  Serves 8 to 10
