* Exported from MasterCook * CORN BREAD STUFFING Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Breads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 cup onions -- minced 1/2 cup butter -- melted 1 1/2 quarts lightly packed cornbread crumbs 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1 teaspoon celery seed 3 tablespoons minced parsley 1/8 teaspoon pepper simmer onions in butter until tender. Combine in a bowl, cornbread crumbs, salt, poultry seasoning, celery seed, minced parsely and pepper. Add to onion mixture and heat well with out browning. Stir frequently.
