Corn Oysters No. 2592 Yields 6 Servings 2 Cups Corn Kernels - Black Pepper, Ground 2 Eggs, Beaten 2 Tbls Flour - Salt Use a food processor to coarsely chop the corn. Do not drain. Set aside until the corn mixture resembles a thick custard. Preheat the deep fryer. Beat in the eggs, salt and pepper. Beat in the flour. Drop by the tablespoonful into the deep fryer. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Dust lightly with salt. Serve hot.
