                        Sweet And Sour Green Beans

   1      can           French style green beans -- drained
   1      small         onion -- chopped
   2      slices        bacon -- fried crisp&crumbled
   2      tablespoons   
   2      tablespoons   vinegar

 Toss green beans with onion and 1 tablespoon bacon grease.  Mix sugar and vine
gar and pour over beans.  Sprinkle bacon on top.  Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hou
rs (more or less).
