MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Green Beans In Red Pepper Sauce Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Citrus, Nuts Yield: 6 servings 1 lb Fresh green beans; trimmed 1/2 c Roasted sweet red peppers 1/4 c Sliced almonds 2 tb Olive oil 2 tb Fresh parsley; minced 2 tb Lemon juice 2 cl Garlic; halved 1/2 ts Salt Place beans in a large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, until crisp-tender, 2-4 minutes. Drain. Pulse remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Toss with beans.
