* Exported from MasterCook * Green Bean Caesar Recipe By : Key Gourmet CD Rom Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans or two 9 oz. pkgs.frozen 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon wine vinegar 1 tablespoon minced onion 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic -- crushed 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons bread crumbs 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon butter or margarine -- melted Paprika Cut green beans into 1 inch pieces. Cook 5 minutes uncovered 10-15 minutes cov ered. Drain. Toss green beans, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic and pepper t ogether. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese and melted margarine or butter. Sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle with pap rika. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven f or 15-20 minutes.
