* Exported from MasterCook * Wilted Mustard Greens (Hl) Recipe By : RECIPE FOR HEALTH SHOW #RHI247 Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Side-Sal Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 bunch mustard greens -- washed 2 teaspoons canola oil 1/2 teaspoon shallots -- small diced 2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 turns freshly ground pepper In a medium-size saute pan, on medium heat or flame, put the oil in the pan, add shallots and saute quickly for 10 to 15 seconds. Add mustard greens and saute for 15 seconds. Swirl in the vinegar and season. Serve immediately. Total cooking time is 2 minutes.
