Combine onion, garlic, redblakes and 2 T water in saucepan. Cover and simmer o ver low heat for 10 minutes. Add curry powder and cook briefly. Add lemon juice, honey, ke tcup and remaining water and bring to a boil. Stir in garbanzos, eggplant and raisins and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
