---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Sweet Pepper Saute Categories: Side dish, Vegetables Yield: 4 Servings 1 tb Olive oil 1 cl Garlic, minced 1 Sweet red pepper, julienne 1 Sweet yellow pepper,julienne 1 Sweet green pepper,julienne 2 ts Balsamic vinegar Salt and freshly ground -black pepper to taste Heat olive oil and garlic in a heavy fry pan or wok over medium to medium-high heat. Do not let garlic burn. Add julienne peppers all at once; saute quickly just until tender, but still crisp. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve immediately or at room temperature. Serves 4 Note: Good as a vegetable or as a condiment. Good on roast beef or chicken sandwiches, over a hamburger or tossed into a green salad.
