                           TIPSY SWEET POTATOES

   2 1/2  cups          Cooked -- mashed
                        sweet potatoes
   4      tablespoons   Butter -- soft
     1/2  cup           Firmly packed -- light brown sugar
                        Pinch of salt
     1/3  cup           Jack Daniel's whiskey
                        Pecan halves -- or marshmallow for t

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings, but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
