* Exported from MasterCook * Tomatoes Stuffed with Broccoli Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetables Tomatoes Broccoli Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 ea Tomatoes 10 oz Chopped broccoli, frozen 6 oz Roll cheese food w/garlic 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Cut a 1/2" slice off top of each tomato; reserve for other uses. Care- fully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Reserve pulp for other uses. Invert shells on paper towels to drain. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add broccoli and remaining ingredients to bowl, and process until smooth. Spoon broccoli mixture evenly into tomato shells.
