* Exported from MasterCook * Sunburst Ground Beef Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Ground Beef Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Lb. ground beef 1/4 C. chopped onion 1/4 Tsp. pepper 2 Cans tomato sauce -- (8 oz. each) 1 Can green beans or -- (16 oz.) 1 Can whole kernel corn -- (16 oz.) drained 1 C. cubed pasteurized -- (4 oz.) process cheese spread 1 Can refrigerated buttermilk or country-style -- (8 oz.) biscuits 1/4 C. butter or margarine -- melted 1 Tbsp. sesame seed Oven: 350 degrees. Makes 4 to 5 servings. In large frypan, brown ground beef and onions; drain. Add pepper, sauce, beans and cheese; simmer. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Cut hole in center of each biscuit to resemble doughnut. Pour hot meat mixture into a 2 quart casserole. Dip biscuit rings in melted butter. Pull each ring slightly to form oval.
