MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: IGA Classic Beef, Garlic & Herb Hotpot Categories: Mains, Beef, Slowcooker Yield: 4 servings 400 g Beef blade steak; 2 cm cubes 1 tb Flour Canola oil spray -OR- 2 ts Canola/sunflower oil 1 pk Beef bourguignon mix 400 g Tomato puree 2 tb Marjoram leaves -OR- 2 tb Dried marjoram leaves 1 Bay leaves 1 Onions- red; sliced 2 Celery stalks; chopped 2 c Mushrooms- button; sliced Set the slow cooker to low. Toss beef cubes in flour. Heat oil in a large frypan & brown the beef. Remove meat from the pan with a slotted spoon [or drain on kitchen paper]. Combine MAGGI COOK IN THE POT Beef Bourguignon Recipe Mix. Tomato Puree & Marjoram, or similar mix of your choice. Add to the slow cooker bowl with meat, bay leaf & prepared vegetables.
